Turnaround The turnaround time on your order starts when you’ve placed your order. Our normal production time is 10-12 business days + shipping. Complex orders or extras may increase tutrnaround. Minimums Screen printed items: 12 pieces (of the same design) / CLICK HERE for a handy order form. Terms 50% deposit of your order total must be paid before the order begins (unless otherwise approved by BK Graphics). The remaining 50% is due when your order is picked up. Unpaid orders will not be released. Artwork Printing can only be as good as the artwork, and our graphics team does amazing things with customer-supplied art files that are not to industry standards. There are times when we're not always able to modify art files to work properly in production. If your files are not workable, we will do everything we can to provide the closest reasonable facsimile. Here are some things our customers can do to make the art layout process smooth:
Provide files at 300 DPI or vector format.
Provide the name of any fonts you are expecting in your design.
Art Approval | Order Proofing All artwork is to be approved via a digital mock-up through email or in-person. Artwork must be checked for spelling, color, sizes ordered, placement of the art and accuracy of artwork by the customer. We do our best to catch errors and point them out to you, but we may not catch them all. So be sure to carefully look everything over, because if it's in your approved art file, that's how we'll print it. Our policy is to offer up to 3 revisions to the first draft of your design, without extra charges. Out of Stock Items BK Graphics is not responsible for items that are out of stock. If items are out of stock, we will provide you with a list of possible replacements and get it approved by you before replacing your chosen item. Changes to Your Order Any change made to your order that is not due to a stock issue will be subject to a change of work order fee. Any changes to your order after it has been placed will delay your order, even if you have paid a rush fee and/or have given us a required date. It is very important that you do not place your order until you are certain of all the details. Once the process begins, everyone in our shop starts to work on different aspects of the job, changes become costly and time consuming. Must-Have Dates Please let us know if you have a specific event or need the items on a specific date, and we will do our best to accommodate you! Shipping We are happy to ship your order and will simply add the shipping costs to your invoice.
